Exactly, i was snusing for 3 years. Something about 15 pieces of strong bags per day. I stopped week ago and the physical addiction was so crazy. Two days of cold sweat, depression, derealisation. All this because the high level of nicotine contained in snus.

Bonk6244 I'm with you on this one. As I lye in my bed with a white fox snus in looking for a way out. Just done third time cold turkey and cravings were awful today I couldn't think. Did well last time until I go out drinking. I enjoy the pouches. However I never smoked just occasional cigars once a week with a beer. A year ago the cigar company sent me a free sample of pouches and I was hooked. Gone up to 17mg nearly every two hours but then noticed my stomach not well, no energy, sleeping less and my dependancy on them. Hair falling out and hives on dry skin and body tremors are severe. Just want to go back to cigars on a Saturday without daily addiction. These are like sweets. They do help my condition I have tourettes syndrome so am looking for a healthy alternative. My research is the amount of salts in the tobacco free ones like zyn, Velo are harsh and have detergent in them for a quick nicotine delivery but short lived buzz. I've gone down to just one or two a day but they always creep up. Stay focused long term we can beat this 🙏

Ps I've tried caffeine pouches and they are good. I ordered some from a guy on KZfaq his company Outlaw Dip does a great brand and nic safe pouches which are nicotine free caffeine free but do give you a buzz and relaxing feeling. Not cheap especially I live in UK had to pay export fees but worth it. I use both caffeine pouches and nic safe winer green is nice throughout the day. It may helps.

False. Snus used to have labels on the cans that said that it may cause cancer, but it had to be removed because there's no proof of that claim. Now the warning label says that snus includes nicotine and is highly addictive, which is true.

Snus is different from chewing tobacco and the like. Some studies say that snus increases the probability of some lymph cancers but the evidence is not conclusive enough so they can't for example write on snus containers, (altough they did for a while and then reversed it), that it causes cancer/death. So instead containers only say that it's addictive. It does do real damage on the gums though depending on genetics and how much you use it, and health complications stemming from nicotine will still apply.

We dont have very high taxes on cigarettes in Sweden. A 20 pack costs around 60-80SEK (~6-8euro) which is pretty average. France and UK stick out with way higher cigarette taxes.
