September 30: Spectacles and Eyeframes are usually fairly unglamorous. Yet one company managed to become the biggest player in this space growing from an investment of Rs 30 Cr to Rs 360 cr in just 3years. We catch up with Peyush Bansa, the 31 year old Entrepreneur who managed to spot this opportunity and run with it. He talks about his journey from a Microsoft Employee in U.S. in 2008 to where he is today and what is his Vision for the Indian Eyewear Market

I don't undervalue the local opticians. But after bought power eyeglass from Lenskart , i just say , their product satisfied me as they can . i am happy..

opticians undervalued, third grade? . no u r wrong ,most of opticals runs by optometrists .or have optometrists as a employee and they know everything about eye and with pupillary distance wat kind of frames one should wear guided by them accordingly to power of lens .these idiot lenscart don't have optometrists .

Lenskart just fools customers with low quit Chinese stuff. Marketing is brilliant. Anything sells is India, specially if it's free or cheap and Lenskart's marketing strategy is based on that.

Lenskart is the worst in handling returns . They lost my order n now they are making me wait for two long months for the refund

I heard in the video that he has told employees that he would break eyeglasses from other vendors if they are worn in the office ... employees should wear only his company's eyeglasses .. this is so RUDE and ARROGANT .. wonder how badly he treats his employees and what bad culture the company has !!

Lenskart is bulshit company.... i have place order for two specs on 25 dec 2016 but till date of 25 feb it does not completed even after escalation.. i will suggest do not go dor lenskart

he is not wearing glasses, and he is claiming that more and more youngsters will be using glasses because they use mobile phone and computer,. is he not using computer? bloody bullshit. what brands you have, vincent chase etc all rubbish. your people fail to put even one screw or minor repair when we visitet your store.
