Blow-job is a pun. The rotating cooling fan gave the clerk two blow-jobs: first, when it blew his winning lotto ticket onto the hot grilled where it burned, and second, when it blew the sticky-note left for him with her telephone number on it so he could call her, leaving the movie open-ended.

. . . which is on that receipt or ticket stub that he stuck on a device of some sort and is about to come loose and probably be blown onto that hot grill that will burn up the receipt/stub preventing him from calling her to get that BJ he wanted. All is lost due to his idiocy. He literally got 2 "blow" jobs, just not the one he really wanted.

Well, the fan is inanimate and without reason or motive. His real problem is caused by his naivete and lack of understanding of human potential. He made two mistakes: The first time when he did not put the winning ticket into his pocket, and the second time when he failed to put the phone number in his pocket. In both cases he irresponsibly left the ticket AND the phone number close to an apparatus that did and would destroy his future. Moral: Carelessness will destroy one's future.

A rotating cooling fan blew the winning ticket away in an unexpected blow-job, and it was destroyed. The woman wrote her phone number on a sticky note for him and left the store. Will the fan blow the sticky note away in another blow-job? Will he learn his lesson, or will he lose again?
