I know I'm all over the place on your channel right now, my apologies 😂 but, i got my Tracker a little over a month ago. Overall, she's pretty sound. But, I have to repair the shifter assembly, fix an oil pan leak, and I'm not sure if it's my condenser or what, but my AC decided today to make an EHHHHHHHHHH noise right before it stopped putting out air. Then it dawned on me. Yes, we've had a lot of rain lately, but that puddle in the floorboard could also be from the DADGUM AC 😩😩😩😩😩😩 I'm not sure if the condenser went out, or if maybe it was the blower motor, maybe my dang blades were cracked on the fan and it somehow caused it to lock up, but basically, you're my new, and quite possibly favorite, mechanic friend. Everything says Suzuki under the hood, dash, and even underneath the damned thing. I've had plenty of Chevy trucks, but never one with strictly labeled "Suzuki" parts 😂 so here we are. I know not everything will be exactly the same, but I Do know that a lot of it will be relatively similar nonetheless. So, all that to say, Hi new best friend! 😂

Thanks for doing this video! I had to take my blower motor out, not because it didn't work but because a damn mouse got in the squirrel cage. I got in it one morning and started it up and my blower motor made this thumping sound and I'm like what the crap. Turned it off and back on and the same sound. Took the blower motor out and had a mouse that was inside of the blower wheel. Looks like its a straight path to the blower wheel if you heater is set to recirculate instead of outside air. I have had the car for 5 years and this is the first time that's happened to me. Fast forward a few months and sure enough go to start the car to go to work and it happened again, grrr! Funny thing, that afternoon when I went to go home from work I see a dead mouse on my floorboard. I thought can I be that lucky? sure enough it was alive enough after its ride in the blower wheel to get back out and conveniently die on my floor board. When its -10 to -20 below you need all the heat you can get so I don't like to run outside air when its that cold but have taken the chance and lost twice so far. Now its warm enough I can leave it set to outside air and maybe be safer? So after this novel, my question is, is there a certain place/s that a mouse could be getting in my 94 Tracker two door convertible? I must have a hole somewhere that I need to plug. Thanks again!!

On a 96+ the tops are 10 mm and there's a duct in the way ... not to mention the air bag... any suggestions on the top 10 mm with the duct in the way?

you're awesome. my motor started making a funny buzzing noise and had seriously reduced output. just replace the dying made in china motor with a quality Canuck motor and what a world of difference. Also about 20 years worth of crud cleaned out from the evaporator. Thanks for the vids man!

Hi, I appreciate your video(it got me 3/4's of the way there, but you forgot some Suzuki's have some thing attached to the side of the housing held on by 2 phillips screws at the bottom and the housing definitely will NOT come out with this attached. That was ok as I got the motor out without removing the whole housing which seemed better anyway. Took a long time(thank god for swivel extensions).

Great video. I went to go do the same on my 97 Geo tracker, but it looks like the airbag hardware is in the way of the top 2 10mm screws. Any suggestions for how I could get up into that really tight space?

Sup there I recently replaced the blower motor on a 01 suzuki vitara also replaced the resistor, air is blowing auper good and ia super cold but 30 mins after smell like burn, i toch the blower and is HOT do you know what is possibly causing it? Thanks in advance

How do you get the white plastic cable clipped back into the blower motor housing clip? I fought with it a lot and it would not stay put at all.

I have 2002 Grand Vitara 4x4. The blower cage was FULL of small nuts some critter collected!

Sir can you tell me why the head light warning buzzer is wired to that blower motor? The other lead goes from the 2 pin buzzer goes to head light switch . So thats why it confuse me useing resistor a path to ground??.

Just had the heater core replaced and now the air vent for recirc or fresh does not move ? The vent seems to work when I get my hand back there but is there something I missed installing the dashboard. I have the 98 Sport no air conditioning but somewhat different than the blower you took out. Anyone with a FSM and can point out a picture of the configuration. Suzuki forum only has blower removal not cables to and from.

I have a question,my 88 samurai has a electrical problem,if I hit the gas hard or put to much into it going up stuff it "pops" the spark plug cables that go to the distributor and then ONE wire goes on this round thing at the back off the engine mounted above it,that is what "pops off" please help me because it's driving me crazy.ps I have a brain injury and at times I can't write or say what things are,so I apologize if only you could take a pic and send it on these comments would be awesome!

Have u ever ran into the problem where ur samurai is running perfect and then turns off while still driving foot on the accelerator. Cranks wants to fire but won’t start ??? Changed fuel filter ,plugs wires and ignitor and still noting can’t seem to turn on and it was driving fine before it turned off while driving on road ., rpms just dropped and that was it (had full tank of gas)
