It's great to see that again. I'm not sure if I am seeing all of the damage, but it doesn't look too bad. The body doesn't look like it is warped. The engine is the major concern money and time wise. Can't wait to see what's next!

I always figured the submarine horn had a telescoping mechanism at the base so it stayed above water no matter how far down the sub goes. Otherwise, how is we gonna be able to see where the sub is??? hehehehe I kid I kid. Happy to see the Dodgelac in the shop. Tiy're on your way back to a full fleet! Still anxiously awaiting the Plymouth build. I may just have to fly over there and start working on it myself...

I have missed that machine. Not like you, of course, but I have missed seeing and hearing it. I had this happen once to a car I owned, and the path back was painful...the worst part was taking the first steps...then it simply became a mission I was not willing to let fail. Like you are doing, ya take a deep breath, look at it, remember what it was, and start fixing /replacing/remaking it until you see it before you again, as it once was. Maybe even better. Hang in there, Ken.

If I lived where you do, I would have to take some time to just drink a glass or 2 of tea, and watch the world go by for a while. Appreciate the beautiful country where you live. Replacing the seals a good idea. That motor ain't hurt from fire. Maybe cap,wires,carb. Do the gas lines, in copper tube. The ethyl in new gas eats everything. Try to enjoy doing it again, or enjoy the sarcasm of burning burning big block Chevys,or putting water on a gas fire. Pay attention to you, and take care.
