Mony P Need to do a video on that, good idea, your gonna have to cut it right between the swing arm dust caps and frame. Use a sawz-all with a fine tooth steel cutting blade. It'll cut through like a hot knife through butter. What happens is that the bolt seizes up inside the pivot shaft. Once you cut the bolt on both sides. The swinger will fall right out and the sleeve will slide right out of the swinger. You'll need a new bolt and pivot sleeve.
