love the voice of my first flute have noticed a mellowing of the overall tone depth I keep it oiled with olive oil but have not used bees wax formula I’m trying to choose a new voice my cat prefers f# as I made a demo from pvc. Watching the flute demos helps ,Never any wetting problems i I’m one who greats the sun an moon each day I play an let the sound take me there . Thanks 🙏 ❤😊

Love your videos!! I’m so saddened however and have a question for you! I received my first Native American flute yesterday from High Spirits, a 23 inch Key of F# Earthtome flute and within the first 30 seconds to 1 minute of playing it wetter out. I unwrapped the leather holding down the fetish and blew into the mouthpiece and so much water came out. I’m devastated because I want to play for longer than 2-5 minutes. I’m in Colorado where it’s 30F outside right now and live in a very cold and dry basement. My question is, would this happen for me on any flute due to the climate and conditions I am in?? I’m now thinking of getting a Spirit Flute with no slow air chamber and no block because I want to be able to play and learn :( Thanks for any response. I will def also be getting a flute from you as well!
