Here's my Blue Pea Rice recipe! This rice is not only lovely to look at but is light and fragrant too! For the rice, I'm using Paddy King's USA Calrose rice because I like how it clings together and has a toothy bite. bit.ly/LazPaddykingUSCalrose
To give the rice it’s vibrant color, I used a new technique which is even easier to do than the traditional method! You’d be amazed by the method for those of you who have cooked Blue Pea rice before!
