Can I use the CBCT machine that I own to scan impressions/ stone models ? if so, how does their accuracy compare to the ones obtained by desktop scanners?

I was told by a lab that a CBCT can be used in addition to a intra oral scanner. I have not figured out how that can be done. I look forward to some other responses.

Love your videos, I'm starting to get involved in digital dentistry and you're a phenomenal wealth of knowledge on this growing frontier. I may have missed it somewhere, but is there a way to design the denture using scans of only the final impression and bite record? Like your image at 5:00, you scanned the final impression and bite records; but later on your denture design at 10:00, you uploaded master casts instead.

Thx! Only difference is you need to digitally pour the internal of the impression to generate a master cast and then it's the same from there. I think I have vids on digitally pouring in Meshmixer
