New subbie !! Thank God I found your channel for the first time early today. I live in the US, and Friday is clean the house for the weekend day -- yuck -- I've been absent for almost two years, but I'm now trying to rebuild my little craft and lifestyle channel, and can legit binge watch your channel and past projects for "research" purposes ... The kitchen floor can wait. But seriously, blue's my fav color, as well. This journal is at another level. As Nazzie would say, "the lucky person who gets this journal ..." I hope she sees it, because she would be over the moon knowing her dreams and hopes for her artwork going into the world manifested into this gorgeous heirloom art. So very well done.

Where do you get all the papers? I've looked on Amazon and just typed in vintage paper. It could get really expensive. I've never seen paper in a thrift store either. Junk journals have become my latest addiction. Thanks

Could your camera have gotten closer to your beautiful book? I cast the video onto my large television screen and actually stood in front of the screen to see all the lovely details. The book should fill the screen. Please!

My camera stand is not the best but there is a zoom function now on KZfaq so you can zoom right into any bit you want 👍 hope that helps.

@@heidimcgregor3695 Thank you for the advice. It worked to pull on the video so it fills my tablet’s screen. I cannot enlarge via casting, but that’s out of our control. 💎💎💎💎💎 for your stellar book. When I watched last night, I had the same feeling as I had for my first Jibid Neary video years ago. I got breathless! Your style is unique. I crave unique beauty. I wonder how you get your tulle to look soft. It’s almost impossible to dye it because it’s generally made of non-natural material. You must wash it or you bought a different sort of tulle. Vintage? Your careful hand-sewing is unique; neither “slow” stitched nor machine-stitched. You’ve found a way to “age” components that doesn’t have the heavy hand of Vintage Photo smudging that I think soils rather than “ages.” Your color mood is spot-on and cohesive; nothing strays from the mood you created. Your clothing tags are fabulous. The entire book is FABULOUS. The lighting for this video was perfect. It added to the mood of a faux much-handled, beloved book. I look forward to watching another of your videos. Thank you for delighting me.
