Also I can sympathize with the woman's change issues. It started me on my path with folk herbalism. Loss of creativity and anxiety were huge problems for me also. Glad you found a good therapy that gives you life.💚🤗

I hope that you’ve been to the doctor. I was in quite a funk, but it took my husband getting me to a doctor, to realize that I needed some assistance and that I wasn’t going crazy.

@@adrianaduff2740 yes ive been to the doctor but the man is not willing to work with me to find out whats going on with me. so im kinda stuck. but i need to say your work is very inspirational to me . i absolutely love all your work. so gorgeous.

I mentioned HRT very briefly, wasn’t sure how much to mention. I started HRT, bioidentical type, called estrogel and utrogestan, can not praise it high enough, I genuinely thought I was losing my mind, within weeks I felt better and 5 months in now I feel the best I have in years. I’m 48 but think I would have benefited from HRT a few years ago but i didn’t realise what it was then, the menopause mood effects are not talked about enough 🥺 hopefully you can talk to your doctor about the above and see if it is something you might benefit from 🤞❤️

Thank you 😊 I’m not sure why but a few months into HRT my back pain vanished, still gets a little stiff at times, but the sacroiliac pain that was very debilitating vanished, I know menopause can cause joint pain but never thought that’s what was causing my back pain 🤷‍♀️ I’m so grateful it has gone ❤️
