There’s protein from the cream cheese and yogurt, vitamins from the blueberries and carbs from the sugar, it’s official - this is a complete meal! ♥️

lol please don't try to think in that way. Carbs from sugar are BAD CARBS. It's just sugar, and ok it's a carb but you cant compare the carbs you're gonna get from rice (for example). And the proteins from the yogurt and the cream cheese are not enough. Better eat some Chicken Breast/Beef for that. :) And the amount of fat from the Cream Cheese is very high so......it's a dessert.

This has high fat and simple sugar, little fibre and protein, not really a complete meal I would say but better option than store bought ice-cream.

おはようございます！ブルーベリーの紫のマーブル模様が綺麗な色合いで、ヨーグルト入りの爽やかな味のアイスクリームは暑いこの夏にぴったりですね✨ 今の時期は丁度近くの直売所に安くて新鮮なブルーベリーが大量に出回るのですが、それらを使う場合は一旦冷凍してから使った方が宜しいでしょうか？

I loved this recipe but I'm trying to lose weight, so I've substituted some ingredients for lower calorie ones. I used Philadelphia lightest cream cheese, swapped the cream for low fat creme fraiche and substituted the 40gr of sugar for stevia leaf granules. It works perfectly well and it is sooooo delicious!!!!

Leave it a few minutes outside or dip the ice cream shaver in hot water before use to give you easier scooping of the ice cream! wonderful video!

これ作りましたー！近くの農家さんから直接買い付けたブルーベリーだからか、色も鮮やかだし冷凍しても風味が消えず、美味しかったです！濃厚なブルーベリーレアチーズ食べてるみたいでした！ただ冷凍庫から出すとえらい硬くて盛り付けに苦労しますね。甘さ控えめな分、硬化しやすいんでしょうけど💦 また来年も作ろうと思います！

I have put Icecream in microwave for about 40 secs to help scoop out or even to help undo container....but as said scoop in hot water makes easier ...well done...I will try anyway.....
