I really enjoyed the video. Blueberry makgeolli is a combination that never fails! It's the best. For those watching this, here's a tip: if you like the aroma of nuruk (fermentation starter), there's no problem, but if you prefer a cleaner taste and aroma, try filtering the su-gok once and use only the liquid for fermentation. This way, you can achieve a taste that pairs better with fruit makgeolli. I'm cheering for you.

Jeff, thank you for all the great content. I recently became interested in rustic rice wines and having all of your videos to binge has been a delight. I especially like the experiments. I'm curious if you have plans to do any more yeast comparisons? I noticed you used to use EC1118 a lot but have switched to the premier blanc. I'd love to see you test some of the other lalvin wine yeasts.
