Thank god your friend survived. I’ve found a few dead divers and I can tell you all my training comes back in a flash unfortunately these guys were past being saved. Thanks for the great video Gabe.

Me and my buddy’s made pole spears with graphite golf clubs, small round bar, quick steel, eye bolt and sling shot rubber band and have speared hundreds of fish in creeks not all legal but we have had fun and ate lots of fish off of them, they work awesome!

Wow Gabe, one of your best vids, they way your brother and his friend saved Jeff really got to me. Thank the Lord they were there and knew exactly what to do. I have been in that same situation and only my training saved the the dude. Very emotional. Keep up the great work.

Great job Albrey with acting fast in a stressful time! Nobody knows what it’s like to be in that position until they are actually in it. When they say it’s fight or flight it’s no joke... glad to hear you guys kept a clean head and saved your friend’s life. I had something happen to me where a friend was in a bad position. It’s never an easy job that’s for sure.

It’s a shame. They keep referring to it as “wastewater” but really it’s industrial process water (not sewage). I don’t know enough about the specific details of that water to comment further.

Albrey’s diving story was serious . Never dive alone . I absolutely give ten thumbs up when he’s on your Video. You get ten anyway . Adrenaline must of kicked in when he pulled Jeff in the boat ! Thank God for people that are prepared for a situation. . I’m really happy your niece can still dive after the ear problems .

I love Lauren in these videos. She’s an amazing girl. I think I remember she’s attending an IVY league school? Columbia or somewhere like that. How is she doing? I’m sure doing well, I can’t imagine how hard it has been for these young ladies and young men trying to do college classes without one on 8’e with professors and online, I’m sure you’re killing it Lauren. Keep it up!

Lot to say but I'll keep it real short, even on a great day, any little, almost imperceivable, tiny error can become a deadly cause for concern when your diving. No matter how much experience you have, and it can happen faster than you can blink, you have to rely on your training and your instinct. I was literally tearing up as Albrey and Dave recounted that story, cause I've seen that blue colour a couple times now and it is the scariest thing to see the horror on that person's face as they go under. So Glad you knew what to do, and so glad it all worked out!!

Great exciting stuff. I snorkeled with Lion Fish, but never thought about eating or even getting close to them. Military was like "don't even think about getting stung by a poisonous animal down there!" If I'd known they were delicious though ...

I still can't believe you dive without a shark shield. I've lived in Florida my whole life, diving and spearfishing. I finally bought the shark shield that attaches to your ankle. No more sharks.

27:45 A million top notch fishing videos on KZfaq, but this is why I watch the Arrigtons' videos and no doubt a part of the reason the distressed diver made it. Top notch CPR is a must but so is this... in case you don't make it to the dock.

12:57 there is a HUGE shadow in the distance at around 4 o'clock. Not sure what it was but it looked like an easy 30+ found fish off in distance, just a quick flash of dark and then some silver.

@bluegabe 24:55 I myself have sucked the tank dry except for I was only in 30’ of water. My problem was I was doing a recovery dive looking for a fisherman it fell in the water and didn’t make it out. You are correct you must have a solid team of divers with you when you’re in the water! It’s only by Gods grace and mercy that we live another day.

Man.. those hammer head sharks ain’t no joke!! I was tuna fishing in Mexico one time and a hammer head came to the surface chasing a tuna that was hooked.. those hammerhead are so fast and agile and ate that tuna so quick!
