Me too. As much as I've seen, they proved to me that they aren't just some mobile game company. But still haven't gotten my hands on the game yet. That's where the rubber meets the road.

The thing I love about the stalker lore is that it's a lot of things at once. Not one singular thing. Mix the Chernobyl disaster with an unexplained anomaly a few decades later (aliens) and you have I very dynamic world. Would love to see something like this in the game @@bluetherobot

Why would Arma be mentioned? Sure it has similar weapons, realism, but what else would make it Arma like? This is on a different engine, Unreal Engine 5.

@@bluetherobot It might just be me, but the graphics style, look and feel all scream ARMA to me. I will say having this on UE5 would make this a lot of fun for those that really enjoy Arma 3 and have been waiting for Arma 4.

@@V3n0m151 I mean, sure it can be "reminiscent" of Arma, but I myself don't think it screams Arma. New assets, similar weapons/gear due to realism and using real weapons/gear, but custom storyline, custom animations. Hell, even Arma Reforger needs mods to get custom animations like this. Even though I am looking forward to Arma 4, which who knows when, to compare this to Arma like that, is just not a fair comparison.

@@bluetherobot Playing the game now I can say... Feels like Arma 3. Persistent world, AI around the map, lots of running around and calling in birds... pretty much Arma 3 and Tarkov had a baby.

@MrObvious125 look. I get it. The Day Before really ruined people's trust in indie devs. But I've seen actual gameplay. I've seen the actual map. I still haven't seen point a to point b gameplay, or tried it myself, but rest assured, this isn't a scam.

@bluetherobot I'm not only referencing TDB, almost every game in recent years has been a massive let down.. Downgraded graphics, downgraded features, downgraded gameplay. I'm not suggesting it's a "scam", just saying it won't look or play anything like it's suggesting in these clips. I hope I'm wrong, I just just know I'm right.

@@MrObvious125 I understand your frustrations. From triple a to indie, multiple games have over promised, under delivered. I do my best to cover games that I think will interest my community and games that I've done my homework in. We can never see the future outcome of games after release, and the term early access has lost it's true meaning for years. My advice to you, stay vigilant, and make healthy choices with your wallet. I will do my best to inform you if something is worth or not, and so far, from what I've seen, it's seems to be. But never pre-order. I never do, ever since the first Division. Was my first and last time.
