I don't understand devs or gamers for that matter always have to put multiplayer in a traditionally single player game. It always takes away from the experience, an emotion of a single player game.

The MP mode should be an extraction event each player is a player from each faction and spawns at faction base then you move out into the centre with the loot pickups getting better as you move in at first your fighting npcs then in the centre the best loot and the pvp aspect then you get back out to base to extract - if it’s not that then it better had be one day

I have had been lfo since 2017. Its first variant is great. You can still find it in russian, polish or ukrainian stalker sites Over the years, the german dude changed so much in his mod 😁😁...some good some bad. Now again from 2023, I have beem hearing only good things about the mod. I love LFO.

the multiplayer has to be an extraction mode, the zone is similar to Hunt Showdown and it will be epic long term way to play the game after doing the campaign 1 or 2 times.

Hey Blue glad to see this post, been a while loved playing on the Blue Blood server a while back. I think the games taking steps in the right direction. Next thing like weather, rain, lightning thunder I think needs to come. Snow for the winter months?? Also in terms of game play I think your right the hard core-ness if you could call it that is coming in more now. Still a work in progress I’ve been playing recently but I think it’s really great for what they have as a dev team. I know it will be perfected and the difference is these guys listen to the community.

Stalker 2 will be a game with linear story, some A-life and sidequests will be here and there. Co-op games are either linear story games that are designed for co-op or survival-crafting games. People get sad when they learn co-op will not be in the game, what about people who wants to play alone? Should developers design their game storywise and challangewise for sp or co-op? However co-op would be amazing for a freeplay mode like of Anomaly, would be good if developers worked a bit on compatibility for it as A-Life, Tasks and multiple level world system of Stalker games are not easy to implement for a modder working on multiplayer

I have never had an easy time installing stalker anomaly. I do the C++ thing and the Direct x and all that and I still get errors just getting the actual anomaly to run😥😭

The thing is, moding shoud not be the main atraction you know? The game shoud not be afected by the moding on the aspect of what they are whanting to do, like story and atmosfere shoud not be aspects of the moding if you what to have a great experience.

I'm a STALKER player, have the original STAEM releases, absolutely love playing the mods, have checked ModDB at least twice a week for the latest mods/files (currently enjoying Vector of Alian- Oblivion Lost), have played dozens, both XR and OGSR engines. I must say I never enjoyed the mods with all the spiders/critters running amok. Can't wait for (but I will) STALKER 2.

Whats the aim of the game? Kill? Literally thats it? Why arent you looting all those bodies? Dont you need to? This game looks very simple, the only things happening in the world are doors opening and people shooting each other.

Some people like the loot gathering, the PvP, base building, plenty of reasons... not every game needs a story. Sometimes you make your own. It's a sandbox. Just like games like DayZ, Rust, SCUM, is there really an endgame? Not really.

Game is at its worst now. They removed heavy armour from all traders, ai are noobs. Servers never full, repair armour. Super expensive ammo

For the version of Clear Sky you are playing are you playing the Steam version or the GOG version? Been trying to get the GOG version working and after trying all kinds of stuff it will not load past the splash screen.

Steam version. Their discord might have a way to help for the GOG version. I know because I read it there. Also, I freaking loved Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2. 2 a bit more.

i gotta be honest, after playing tarkov for a while i cant look at interiors this bland, same as the map in general and the weather. the game looks kinda cheap to me and from what i can tell doesnt have enough content otherwise to keep me entertained. but thats just my take. im happy for anyone who has fun with this game :)

literally the best thing to ever happen to the devs is the popularization of stalker gamma. those guys who made anomaly and then the others who made gamma are LITERALLY CARRYING this franchise and i know sooo many people who picked up stalker for the first time because of these mods, people who otherwise would've never heard about this game. these guys deserve to get the deluxe copy of the game for free and it still wouldnt be a full thank you.

It’s to clean I love the play style, but it needs to have a stalker vibe or tarkov vibe it’s to clean for a post apocalyptic game, it needs to be dirty 😂, I also wish you could build in buildings to.

THANK YOU… I just bought it a week ago realizing after my purchase that reshade is disabled and not allowed for this game.. for PvP I totally understand but I totally wanna give this game a cinematic color grade for my PVE account and I can’t because of course people use it to cheat and see better ugh

Used to love this game but the devs do not listen to the players and what they would like to see in this game. a lot of these up dates kinda feel empty and or just reskins of guns or mechanics that were already in the game. The base of the game really hasn’t changed since its come out. I would much rather have the dev team work on things that are going to truly change how the game is going to play instead of spending 4 years working on cars and motorcycles.

@@bluetherobot I get that bad pixel is a small team but that doesn’t give them an out to not listen to their players on things they would like to see in the game. I have not seen one thing put in this game that was requested by the community. And every update that’s come out this year has been nothing but reskinning this game which everything worked just fine. Two years ago when I bought the game they had a full on road map for the year 2022. After 2022 the roadmap wasn’t updated and the updates stated to become more and more dry. I feel as though tiny build had bought the dev team bad pixel and along with that they got the assists from deadside to take and make that April’s fools game DuckSide which im guess they took some of there already small team of developers and dividend them between these games. At the end of the day I think the community just wants to listened to and more commutation. If you go to deadsides reddit the players are being vocal about these updates.

Deadside PvE is my go to chill game right now. It's on the verge of greatness, but so much more work to be done by the devs to give the experience more longevity.

Don't forget we played first because of the story but fell in love with how those mods could present the main character, The Zone. I think that's the parts they should lean on, it would give it a darks souls esque focus on setting that I think is already there. But they're also probably well past the concepts and planning stage so whatever they have is already baked in.

Like you mentioned, the modding community will be on fire straight from release day. I bet it will take no more than one day before the first small mods and tweaks start to arrive. Also I am wondering to what extent the developers took inspiration from all the stalker mods out there. It will be some next level shit if we get a pack like g.a.m.m.a. for Stalker 2!
