Recorded on April 7th 1993, which was before this single was released. Recorded from analogue broadcast, using Sony Nicam stereo VHS VCR recording at SP onto TDK HS E180, tape archive number 641.

Incredible live vocals, and some things never change. I was lucky enough to see blur at Glastonbury in 09, and also saw them during the magic whip tour. Sounded amazing back in the day, and sound amazing now. Love you blur!

@@ScottishTeeVee I was fortunate to have, bless her heart, and ex-pat Granny, so we followed British music when possible. When I heard the "buzz" generated by Blur's appearance at the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood, CA in late 1991 from Los Angeles radio station KROQ, I was determined to see them. I was able to see them in May of 1992 at The Palace in Hollywood. I got an import of "Modern Life Is Rubbish" from a cousin and I was hooked. I am one of the lucky ones, but I missed local shows, and lack of information caused one to miss shows 2-5 hours away. So many US fans never saw the band 1991-1999. My Daughters first concert (at two years old) was at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles June 16, 2003! Thank you for your channel!

Great to see this again..remember watching at the time thinking 'what happened to the shoegazey stuff, they've gone crazy!' but then very quickly loving it. I also recorded loads of 90's music performances on VHS creating sort of 'mix' tapes. TOTP, The Beat, Butt Naked, White Room, Chart Show, Jonathan Ross Show, The Word, Rapido..etc etc.
