I was a financial advisor, took all the exams and enjoyed tge work. I had an arranged marriage, he was here from Pakistan saying he was part qualified chartered accountant. I gave up my career to bring up the children and relying on his job. But he gave up accountancy as soon as he knew his future was pukka British. I've been struggling all my life. I wish I didn't throw away career. I've always loved finance and property. Great to hear your story. You lived the life I should have lived, the remarriage and career mA

To some of these comments, “If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.” To the host- You have had your fair share of trials and grown and learned so much. Thank you for sharing and teaching us a thing or two. I enjoy your video.

You are so dynamic and I love that ! I’m an ER nurse. I own a home in Orlando Florida but I’m the only one that works. I now have 2 jobs and it’s still difficult. I’ve always wanted to get never in property to be financially independent but the market is just too high right now.

Assalamualaikum...jazakallah khair for choosing Malaysia as a home..well.. straight to the point..i am in my early 60s now..i got some land inheritance which is not being productive as i would like to... it's now comes down to sibling's and childrens...i would really like to know because i am no good at desk work n papers work as one would say...but i what i really like to if it possible is to sell all (not sure how n if it possible) and purchase a land somewhere where i can be a self reliance personon that land..me or my benefactor in later years could have an income or living on such a land which probably have some padi(rice) plantations which is good for income n giving zakat..maybe a madrasah on it..a house on it..etc ..the land would have a good natural water sauce either from well or boring or river.. electrical maybe from solar or other means..a farm like place too for meat n vege...just wondering what would your comment be on that or maybe it can be done...n how etc...😅

My question to you is , how do you reconcile the fact that Riba is haram and all your investments was facilitated through Mortgages?

Tell me which islamic bank gives you a house loan with no fee?

RIBA only involves loan to people on exploitative terms

And the way sister is excited about explaining is like it's pure money. Lots of muslims in uk don't care. All what they want it compete each other no matter what. Even by getting in to whats totally prohibited..I have been trying for an islamic morgage for 15 years. Its not easy as their conditions are very hard to reach. Each time it goes wrong. But I have decided unless it's islamic. I wouldn't go for a morgages. And it's fine. Allah hasn't decreed my blessings. He has provided enough for welbeing. Alhamdulillah

@balance3201 There are few banks. The way how it works is they buy the house and rent it to the buyer with the current rental market. By the time the real value reached . It becomes their house. Bit says going for riba is going for war against Almighty who can go for it?

Insurance and mortgage are haram according to the Islamic teaching. We are paying insurance because we don’t have choice and not having it will make you criminal therefore it was « allowed » as fatwa if I am not wrong, otherwise selling insurance etc is à haram business.

Haram until you can pay a Mullah for a fatwa. Then it becomes halal

@Sassy-Sam what option are there for Muslims in UK to purchase a property without riba/intrest?
@lll71832 ай бұрын
@Sassy-Sam Do a bit of research. Islamic banks buys the house n rents it to the buyer with the current rent rate. Which is fair by the time You finish paying the initial value. The house is yours.
