In this video I will show you all bulb types used at BMW 1 Series E87 pre-facelift XENON headlight (2004-2006). Especially will emphasize on xenon bulb and the Angel Eye bulb location and replacement.

Hello I have BMW 120i the right side lamp xenon blinks a couple of times then it’s working fine but I get fault code I have changed the lamp and the ballast G6

Blinking is usually a result of moisture/water damaged ballast (so-called intermittent fault), very seldom the xenon bulb makes the same.

halogen bulb H10W + reflector

Yes, but you should buy a really quality bulb, it will burn frequently. I recommend changing the whole unit since the reflector gets smoky in time

Tx so much please kindly repeat the specs of the Angel eye bulbs i got bogus machenics who were charging me a whole headlamp just coz my angels n ballast was dead😭😂😂

Not really, remove the rear cap and you will have enough access
