Here I show you how to remove the rear speakers on my 1992 E36 coupe. I needed to do this in order to access the rear damper top mounts.

Great video, will be helpful for my install. Is that an Alpina B3? They’re super rare here in the states, my dad got one imported from Japan, love Alpinas.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to comment. It's a B2.5 which was a UK market only model. The B2.5 kit was sanctioned by Alpina but installed by a select number of dealers here in the UK to 325i models, so some are saloons, convertibles or coupes like mine. It consisted of the Alpina wheels and spoilers, Alpina steering wheel and gearknob plus uprated camshafts, ECU and a stainless steel exhaust which was made for Alpina by Boysen. Power is 210hp originally so quite a bump from a 325i but still a bit of way off from a B3 which came afterwards and which were built by Alpina in Buchloe rather than being a conversion.
