Recently i bought BMW G 310 R from titanium autos, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. After two months i will suggest you to never buy BMW Bikes. The sale & service, i received is really disappointing. They charged me extra while buying the motorcycle and also their service cost is way too high.

Paaji, consumer court isme khich nhi karega. Showroom wala aapko AC me bithake insurance company ke agents se baat krke showroom pe aapko plan dikhata hai. In a way ek trh se service cost hai ya convenience cost khlo.

The same happened to me at BMW Ranchi. The DP charges are completely baseless. I wrote multiple mails to BMW India and no response till today. So finally I dropped the plan to own BMW. They are cheating innocent customers just like anything. Handling charges are completely illegal as stated by Supreme Court. Still most of the dealers charge customers for handling. Since you have a channel, I would request you to make a video on handling charges too. I really appreciate you for letting other people know about your bitter experience

The fact is that bike lena asaan hai but use maintain karna utna hi mushkil. Every year cost is increasing in every aspect. Chahe service ho ya bike ki cost sab badh ra hai. Don't know in which direction we are going.

Please check service manual for charges cleariffy. In two wheeler sector there are many hidden charges .it is nyc to open in platform to understand what is buyer responsibility. Mny more neglect about receipt.

very good... bilkul shi kha maine bhi pehle bhai ko samjhaya tha k BMW ka danka mat bajao. TVS ki achhi bike aa rhi hai 2.5 lakh ki vo lelo indian bike hai. lakin bike ne kha nhi maine to bmw hi leni hai, toh ab kyo ro rhe hain

Reason is of employees, not of companies, BMW sells automobile all over the world, I think we are still 100yrs back when it comes to technology and common sense, German automobile will always be better than Indian automobile.

I thought the only con of BMW bike is costly service and parts but I was very wrong. Thanks a lot for sharing this. You said perfectly right that how much money they looted, doesn't matter. Wrong is afterall wrong. There is no question of it's intensity, big or small injustice. Hope you get justice now, all the best

I have also cheated By TVS while I purchased TVS apache 200rtr. But I emailed to TVS. After 3 months I get back my money as they charged extra from me. I have asked TVS to through out sales person and finally I won.

I bought 310R in 2018 and then i ddnt get insurance frm BMW. Got it done outside at half the price they wr quoting... Its hard truth that these things happen..

I am agree with your grievance about insurance. But service charges of the elite brands like BMW etc are fair as per their business policy coz they have few elite customers and they charge them heavily for their sustenance. Price of being rich.

मेरे पास Pulsar150 dual disc है, 1महीने पहले मैं इंदौर के एक service center पे उसका 4th servicing (paid) करवाने गया.... गाड़ी में कोई खराबी नहीं थी, सिर्फ एक साल ही हुए गाड़ी लिए को.... फिर भी उन्होंने 1200+ का bill बनाया। मेरे पहचान का एक भाई जो मेरे शहर में bajaj showroom पर ही काम करता है मैंने ये बात तुरन्त उसको बताई.... तो उसने वहां कॉल पर उन लोगों से बात की.... और फिर जो हुए वो अविश्वसनीय था‼️ बाइक का #bill सीधा आधे से भी कम हो गया😂😂 क्योंकि जिस भाई से मैंने बात कराई वो भी bajaj showroom में अच्छी post पर है और उसने इन लोगों की अक्ल ठिकाने लगा दी, और सही price भी⚡

Insurance and RTO has same happened with me with yamaha same to same happened with me they took 5k more for me and thy refund only 2k and then they ignored me now 3 years has been completed and still no refund

Why we cant do aftermarket service of BMW with Motul engine oil and we can save labor charge, digital checking charge and so many other charges? We can also contact to a TVS mechanic, who is doing Apache RR310 service.

Almost har showroom mein yeh khel hota hai.. insurance or registration dono me customer ko pehnaya jata hai.. I have worked as sales person in two wheeler showroom and know about this.. Be careful when you purchase a bike or car..Ask for all the receipts..match all the price details and everything.. people are mostly very excited that they forget to pay attention to the documents provided to them. Its great that you have paid attention to this..👍

I was planning to buy benelli trk but after checking its service cost which was around 5k I purchased mojo. 5k per service cost is higher than most of 4 wheeler service cost in India. Out of 5k 3500 was labour charge which is useless. Before purchasing any foreign brand vehicle we must thoroughly check its service cost. Now my mojo gets easily serviced within 2500 which I think is decent.

BMW sells G310 GS as adventure bike , no switchable rear ABS, poor pillion comfort, less capacity tank , console is very basic, can be found on SP125 , Raider console is better ( when TFT will come it will surpass many ) .For the price asked , they should provide these .

Mujhe bhi abhi ek bike Leni hai TVS ki Apache RTR 160 4V Special Edition Bike ka Ex Showroom Price 1.27,825 hai aur RTO tax 13,783 Insurance 10,824 hai aur 600 handling charge 1500 accesories ka le rha hai showroom wala jabki TVS ka kahna hai Handling charge aur accesories ka charge nhi dena hota hai. Phir bhi le rhe hai aur socking baat ye hai ki in sab charge ko add karke bhib1.70 lakhs nhi aa rha hai.1,54532 On Road aa rha hai But liya ja rha hai 1,70 lakhs bill bhi nhi de rhe hai TVS care mei complaint bhi kiye hai phir bhi koi sunwai nhi hai.

Mere sath bhi aisa hua jab maine Dec. 2020 me Tvs apache 160 4v liya unhone bhi mujhe 1500 rupee insurance ke aur kareeb accessories ke 1000 rupee liye lekin maine bhi bahut complain kiya mail kiya to show room me mujhe kaha ki aapke bike ki ek kisht me discount dila denge. Filhaal mujhe pata chal jayega ki May me mera Kisht me discount mila ya nahi aur ye Down-payment me bhi ghapla karte hai. Mere sath 3000 ka fraud kiya hai Down-payment me.

Sir i work in National Insurance Co Ltd and i always recommend to buy insurance not from showroom rather from some stand alone insurance company specially PSU coz they r not profiteers. From psu u will get 40-50% discount on OwnDamage portion which otherwise no private insurer provide.
