I just bought this 2010 BMW K1300GT bike, a video of the options and features as well as my future plans with it.

Beautiful machine! My father has owned BMW's since the mid 80's. He absolutely loves BMW motorcycles. Anyway, he traded in his 2014 BMW K1600 GTL for that amazing and restyled 2022 BMW K1600 GTL. He put over 100k miles on his '14 GTL. It's at least the third BMW he put over 100k miles on. The '14 GTL was great... Just scheduled maintenance. He loved it so much, he couldn't wait to buy the 2022 version. He's 81 years old and still rides as great as he used to. He looks like he's in his late 50's. Anyway, best of luck with your K1300 GT. My father didn't own the K1300 before his K1600. He had a K1200 GT. After almost 15 years, I just started riding again and bought a good re-starter sport-touring bike. I bought a mint condition, 2008 Suzuki GSX650F with 28k miles on it, 100% stock at a dealership. I am the second owner. The original owner was in his 60's and kept all the maintenance paperwork on the bike... - I have all of it, along with the original window sticker - I guess you'd call it? Anyway, I'll start making videos of it once it warms up. It's cold even in Georgia! Sorry for the long comment. I'll subscribe right after. Ride safe, -Chris

Sweet ride mate. Very strange about that engine. Great colour. I'm looking for a second hand one here in Australia.

Beautiful bike dude. I'm in the UK doing research on this bike and thinking of buying one after 2 FJR's. I'm mystified why they only produced this for 3 years, also the comment you made about the complete engine being replaced worries me, and not what you'd expect from BMW. All reviewers love the bike and it looks the part. I realise this video is a year old now. Do you still have the bike? Do you have anything to add to your initial views. Thanks Graham.

I have a 2010 with 67,000 miles and it still runs great. Flew it over to Europe in 2017 and used it there for 6 weeks. Left it in northern UK and went back in 2018 and did 12 weeks. I still have the bike and it runs strong. A great tourer as it is powerful and yet one of the lighter bikes. Most of my touring is with my wife and when you have the tail hard bag ( mine is aftermarket) it handles all our gear. With super light packing we have also gone camping- tent, sleeping bags and pads- ONE SUPER BIKE TO OWN!!!! side note: We have done most of the United States and Canada on this bike as well

Not that I know of..... I never heard of anyone else. I think it was an isolated incident.
