Audi wins!! The BMW looks it's age, the Audi doesn't, the sign of a brilliant design. In the future I think the TT mk1 will be looked at like we look at the E-type today.

A lot of people don't seem to understand that at the time this was made, the TT 225 was not only a new concept (that most people loved), but was considered to be what we now know as the TTS. So comparing it to an M coupe is not unfeasible. That being said, they also had the same top speed of 155mph. Acceleration obviously went to the M, but it doesn't take much to bring that TT's acceleration up to par.

The Audi looks like a modern car even by today's standards. The BMW looks dated.

As a very wise man once said coupe are about 3 things, looks, power, & value for money, with looks that can snap knicker elastic at 50 feet

Good condition Audi TTs in europe are holding at €5000 to 7000 euros and the BMW M coupe €15000+. Next few years both will become collectors cars. In a world of look alike SUVs...

2001 Audi tt.225 30k on clock £9.000 ...BMW COUPE 2001 26K ON THE CLOCK £55.000 that says it all and I cannot find one anywhere thats right ???????
