Thank you for the video it was really helpful installing it. However I went ahead and disconnected my diverter valves too, so I have a bit more room.

I run the AFE dry dual filter intake on my 09 135i. Its expensive like $450 but i like it a lot & it does give you the 27H.P. it claims especially with full bolt ons an then some & a custom wedge tune! Just ordered some nice things & have my radium catch can, vargas crank case breather(witch i could put on in a second but going to wait till i do everything. Bought nice 60mm trumpets for my dual Turbosmart billet bov's. Plus a got some nice P2 billet hose clamps & PPC fuel systems billet polished & anodized line separators for my cath can lines! Gonna look nice & will be doing a full video on my car this spring. She's a mint 09 135i with 43k original miles!👍🏁

@@Alan-hw3jg Yes it is! Just ordered my fender bolts my engine beauty cover bolts and some washers in some more grade 5 blue anodized titanium. Just that was $134.00 But it will be out just wanna finish up the rest of the little details. After this order I just have my strut towers and those two big strut bolts and my hood bolts and under the hood is done. I'll make the video then. But still doing my door bolts, lathes, striker bolts and all my trunk bolts. When I started ordering this stuff I had to do everything with a micrometer but now they make the kits for everything. Check them out Dress Up Kits.com. They just put bmw 335 on there site like a week ago. But my video is definitely coming soon. What'd you think I was lying...🤭😂???

@Burnt PePPeroni Yeah you'll gain 16-17H.P. With the dry AFE (Advanced Flow Engineering) intake I have. I love my car. And I'll put it up against any full bolt on custom tuned car out there. I know everyone thinks their cars fast but I'm 46 and have built fast cars for over 30 yrs and my car screws!!!

@Burnt PePPeroni I have over $550 into blue anodized grade 5 titanium under my hood. Every nut bolt and washer is done. I bought nice hand made hand Tig welded & polished stainless steel vacuum canisters to make things look nice too....👍🏁

Where did u say you get the vacuum lines from?
@SixSpeedSouthern3 жыл бұрын
Dealership was where I got them from. Just ask for a few feet of it and you should be fine. Cheap and easy. Cut it to whatever size you need

I know this video is about 3.5yrs old but did you have to tune it after installing or after awhile? My e90 n54 is basically my daily and I dont know if I would need to tune it after installing these and the new charge pipe.
@johnmcglynn2719 ай бұрын
I had the same question any advise ?
@LockeTheSnerg9 ай бұрын
I dont think so... I have been running it for like a month or two now plus new charge pipe and BOV. Ive noticed no loss in power. All I have heard is that there is a possible power loss.@@johnmcglynn271

You only need to tune the car if you want more power! Just adding these without a tune will do no harm, just adds fun noises
