The much anticipated Roland Sands 2014 BMW R Nine T is definitely worth the waiting for. Regardless of what it's capable of becoming, this machine is damn stunning in stock trim. / @calmoto9073

I had a test drive on the BMW R NineT , and I absolutely loved it

It's funny you compare it to the T100...After being told how long the wait lists were at the local dealers I went with a '14 Thruxton and spend $1,800 on mods. Then I found a R Nine T with 770 miles on it and picked it up $2k under MSRP! In less than a month I have nearly 3500 miles on it! It is everything you said and more. No matter how much cash I would have dropped on the Thrux or Bonny, they would never be this good. Get one, Cal Moto!

Cal Moto yeah not at all. I just wandered through a bike shop and most of the crotch rockets were within a few thousand of this bmw. If it's what you're looking for (great street bike that is also a beauty) there is nothing else like it.

God, I want one. Unfortunately in korea where I live, if I order this bike, I have to wait until next year.

I know; that said, they're not that easy to come by in the States either.

trade your bike in on it. It's only money, can't take it with you! But owning the bike you truly want, that's the only way to live.

Great vids, but am I the only one getting sound issues?
@calmoto907310 жыл бұрын
No, you're not; I'm sure the mic connection was iffy during the ride...sorry. Amateur video hack!

Cal Moto hey no worries. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't having sound issues on my end! Keep up the great vids.

I disagree with the price being right. $14,900 is way too much for what you don't' get on this bike. It's a great machine, but...I can pick up a new 1200GS for that kind of money. I think they'll sell very well regardless. Having whined about the price, I'd definitely still get one if space/money allowed.

You can't get a new GS for under $19500.00, plus all the tax and fees. The cool bike will be the 2015 R1200R with the new water cooled motor...that's a hooligan bike.

Cal Moto Ah, I didn't realize the R1200GS was THAT pricey now. I have a 2006. I always wanted an R1200R, though :)
