Жыл бұрынWhat's up YT. This is a repost of a video I posted late last week. Apparently, the entire video didn't upload. Sorry about that. Anyway, we're tackling a long overdue project that I tried to do last off-season. We're overhauling the front brakes on the BMW S1000RR Track bike. We're replacing rotors, calipers, pads, master cylinder, and adding a brake pressure sensor as well! Check it out!!!

First time visitor to your channel. What an awesome video. I’m just about to upgrade the Hayes/BMW calipers on my 2020 S1000RR to GP4-RX Brembos. I have already installed the RCS19 CorsaCorta MC so it should be a relatively simple caliper swap, but as I’ll be switching to different compounds, and because my rotors have 20,000km on them, I’m going to install new rotors while I’m at it. Your video has given me that little bit of extra confidence to know I can do the job myself.

I love how ppl are upgrading their M4's, I just swapped out my M4.32s for M4s for next to nothing

The M4 to M50 upgrade done here doesn't offer a huge benefit, so I wouldn't recommend it. However, the M4 to Stylema or GP4s upgrade I would recommend. But I got these M50s for a great price so I went for it.

This is one of my next mods for my gsxr 600 that I'm turning into a track bike. Upgrading to steel brake lines. Brembo master cylinder.

why use that silly pressure switch and pipework when you can just fit the brake switch to the new master cylinder !

Because the I2M pressure switch is a direct plug-n-play with the I2M display/datalogger.
