Of course, you're right about the snow and/or dirt and sensor. I occasionally had issues with different cars, but as soon as the weather improves, matters do settle down. Although it might not be so easy in Lapland.

I averaged these figures with a full charge and after using about 30-40% of the fuel tank. A common sense tells me, the more the petrol, the worse the figures, but how little do I drive to get it? 10 miles? 20 miles! One big mystery!

It really is, BMW need to sort out the charging and it'll be gold. I don't mind question, happy to answer 😊 I would love manufactures to bring the cars to me but as far as I know, it only happens in the USA and the UK. I have to pick up the cars and drop them off, so it's a fair logistical exercise, depending where and when I have to do it. There are cars I personally like and that is usually no brainer. Then there are cars which I know my viewers will be interested in. Then there are cars I think viewers should see. I've worked for nearly 20 years in sales so that never goes to sleep ;-) My wishes are my wishes, then it really comes down to the willingness of the brand to give the cars to me and the availability. I have some booking for March already and it's not unusual to book this far in advance. Some brands, for example Alfa :-) are absolutely lovely to work with, but I've had the opposite experience with Alfa in Switzerland. Mercedes here is brilliant and they seem to be brilliant in every country when it comes to the press fleet.

I've had it for just under a week. I would say it is worth it when your lifestyle allows it, meaning the distance you drive, the availability of the chargers, best to have solar panels and a charger at home.

I personally prefer hydrogen vs electric, but the trouble is the fueling infrastructure in Europe, it's a bit of a disaster. I do hope one day we will have more hydrogen cars.
