It's nice to work with engines, especially if you have passion and dedication. You have to be precise and very meticulous in disassembling and reassembling everything in order. The rest will be pure satisfaction, when at the end of the job you start the car and feel that engine running like clockwork. As a mechatronic technician, I know the sector well, and can give away so many emotions!

I bought a 2010 X5M and the engine blew in the first month. The auto dealer would not help me at all. So it has been in my driveway for almost two years now. Would you guys be able to help me fix it?

I dont think you should lube a new headgasket with oil. Maybe it was a special headgasket? And bmw require to soak with oil on their manual.

@@ownyoulikeaboss an ordinary gasket, a standard metal package, nothing will soak in there!!! the gasket is always placed dry and on a non-greasy surface! this is some crazy technology!!!

@@topfell8277yeah they lost there way after e38/e39. E46 is still a good product but would not go any further! I owned a e39 540i and loved it, shame it wasnt good on gas tho

Масло форсунка устанавливается со спец инструментом , коленвал нельзя прокручивать пока не затянул бугель. Школьники ...в отверстие с резьбой масло не льют, момент затяжки получишь неправильный....
