Excluding the free Elegy RH8, the best car for the money must be the regular Sultan. So underrated because of the RS version

Elegy may be free but you will still need to pay a lot to customize it especially when you upgrade it

You can get the paragon r armoured if you complete all agather bakers missions and the paragon r for completing tier 4 for the casino(in the carrier progress)

I love the sultan 4door I merged Benny's wheels on it and now it's my favorite car to drive I also have one that looks like a npc car but Im faster then most players

You will need to not have bulletproof tires on it and even if you removed them then you will not be able to stance it
