Hello everyone! this is what we been working towards. finally getting to take the new boat for a overnight trip. catching a few catfish cooking a great cajun supper all went well even though we had rain and a few storms we still had a great time.#campinglife #louisianaliving #tinyboatnation #boatcamping #adventures

Great video! Several comments. - You’re welcome for the dinner bell. Hope it sees lots of use on your new camper boat. - Second, it’s wonderful to see you getting time to spend with Lil G. I worked away from home a lot when my boy was his age and I missed a lot of things that I regret now. - The fishing pole recovery was absolutely phenomenal…! That’s a fish tale that you’ll both be talking about for years to come. - My smell-a-vision wasn’t working too good, but I made eggs with fried onions and potatoes this morning at my camp and I’ll bet there were a lot of similarities! - Lastly, keep up the nice work on the boat. What a chill, weekend adventure! That honey hole was producing mad fish and retrieving the lost rod , with the "fish on"!? Whaat?? The boat?, what a nice cruiser 👍 I did have an idea when I seen Lil'G in the sleeping bag, hammocks! Oh my goodness lil g caught a big fish with a fishing pole attached to it. Lolol😊. Amazing! Loved the sound of rain pitter patter on boat, melting stress away and the tunes got my foot tapping to its beat. Now im inspired to run to store to buy sum yummy delicious cajun crawfish and yes indeed only fr Louisiana. I will enjoy a good meal tonight.

Your house boat came out amazing. If I may make one suggestion. On either side of the motor, you should mount fishing chairs. Looks like there is enough room for your generator under the platform. Just a thought. Enjoying your content.

My Dad's folks are from down Kinder way. He spent the depression years there. It was a slower way of life and maybe a better one too. I love the boat!

I'm a little late to the party with this one. Been working. Man oh man what a glorious adventure! The boat is freaking perfect! God was sure smiling on you two with all those catfish biting. Ya'll were tearing them up brother. Rod recovery was super cool too. One to never forget for sure. Only thing missing was mama. Maybe next time. Very beautiful scenery and the cruising was top notch. Our boat only goes 30mph on a good day. We don't go fast either(cruising speed 10mph) and who would want to when you are exploring God's creations. You done good Dad! God bless ya'll. Best comment section on YT. Everyone is so nice and appreciative. Until the next one......✌️Brothers

@@GJCAMPING I'm actually super blessed. I'm a registered nurse and went to part time Jan 2024. I'm working 8 days a month so this time a year I'm going out once a week on my little 1648 Jon boat(usually solo fishing trips) or on the C Dory with my family. Lots and lots of down time. God is so good to us. I have like 7 trips recorded in 1080p that I need to edit. LOL. I still need to do that Dory walk through video as you suggested too. That's a great idea tbh. I need to bite the bullet and learn how to edit. I'm using Divinci Resolve and there is a def learning curve. What editing software do you like to use? I'm always happy to see your posts and I'm down right proud of your boat build. You have tons more room than I do and you deserve it fully. Hard work pays off in the end. If I don't talk at ya before Sunday, Happy Father's day buddy! 🙂
