Saw the movie 2x in the theater - mostly because I loved it but also because of the heavy accent. I was only 11 when he died and never got to see him in concert. I love Jamaica and this style of music and have been listening to his music for years, one of my karaoke songs is I shot the sheriff. I think his message of love, unity and peace is still important today. I think the acting in the film was amazing and I cant wait for the movie to be on a streaming platform so I can watch with subtitles. I hope this movie about his life and message reaches so many different people of all ages and ethnicities, we all could use that message!! Bob Marley was an amazing person who left us too soon.
