The problem is that long hair is heavy, time consuming, gives women headaches, is expensive to keep clean, must be brushed many times daily, and trimmed or it looks damaged and deranged. It's a big commitment. If she has any responsibilities besides cosmetic maintenance, someone must be helping her live and pay bills. If it's not you or me, we shouldn't tell her to keep it very long like that. Whatever is good for her life. She might even sell it!

You need to trim the ends (1 or 2 cm) every 4 - 6 months. I would recomend to cut 1 or 2 inches per year too. You'll get rid of splits ends and your ends would look more even.

Aww I'm so sorry dear 😢 but it may be that your hair is snapping off after it reaches a certain length, this may happen if it's too dry or your hair doesn't have enough protein. Try using moisturizing products or k18 to build bonds in hair, good luck! 😘

Your hair should be growing…if you color your hair and have regrowth it is growing! I notice when a lot of people say this it’s because they are either cutting it faster than it is growing, getting too many trims for example or it is damaged and snaps off at a certain length because of either excessive chemical or heat damage. If you never notice regrowth a couple months after lightening or dyeing it then your hair probably just grows at a super low rate

I started really growing out my hair at 14 like you, it was like an inch away from my waist, by the time I was 19 it was to my mid thigh. 23 now and I keep it at tailbone length because I hate sitting on it or god for it it falls in the toilet

@@aiswaryasshenoi for me, i just don’t use heat anymore and i try to always shampoo my roots and put on a leave on conditioner after i shower… that’s pretty much it less is more when it comes to hair growth

My hair also grows very fast ,I cut it at the beginning of January 2021 and it's almost 4 years old and it's around my thighs I had cut it above my shoulders and everyone tells me to leave it long but for me it is hell to have it long since it is a lot of hair and I have a hard time I get heat strokes and it makes it very uncomfortable to lower my head because it falls on my face, but short and long hair still looks good on me.

So starting hair was 1 year of hair growth ( the bob is about 6 inches) so it shall take 5 years to get that length approximately depending on if your hair grows 6 inches per yr. Love the length ❤
