Nice video encouraging and motivating to use all the features and possibilities of your office chair. From height control to seat depth to and arm and lumbar adjustment. They all must be settled properly to get the most of your chair. Manhattan Office Design #officedesign #nyc

Exactly my issue. There aren't any chairs for short and petite people. It's a problem because I swear every chair has support in all the wrong places for me. I wasted so much money for ergonomic chair and none of them fit.

Some chairs only have a flat head rest and not the nice bulging curved one in your video. For the flat head rests where should it sit behind your head?

I have to say, I have arthritis in the hips and I got a Staples chair that has an extra thick memory foam chair, which never bottoms out. I do 12 hour days in front of the computer and because of a great chair ( and the grace of God), I can do it. When I worked 8 hour days in an office, I was in pain because the office chairs were horrible (although probably fine for normies). So, yes try a lot of chairs and find the one that is best for your body. Also beware... I bought a name brand chair that I thought would be perfect - untested. It was made for a taller person, the padding bottomed out instantly... Such a disappointment. Gave it my husband who is taller than me and has no issues. Always TRY before you BUY! Chairs are heavy and expensive to ship back.

No joke.... I recently bought a nice office chair and assembled it... The first thing I did was accidently roll it over my bare foot and woke the gout I hadn't had in 40 years....Wow.. Wake up call.

No guys no armrests! ask guys who study ergonomics. Armrests can encourage a habit of leaning / resting to one side. In my view also too much comfort least to too long without moving and form had habit of sitting too long😊
