Salonpas. Used to work a job that was really too heavy for me it was very fast too , I'd go to work looking like I'd come from the ER. Patches all over me !! It really helped. I finally developed a slight skin allergy to it and had to really cut back on its use.

I use it for my arthritis knee pain and went from a 24/7 7 level pain to a 0-I slept about 2 hrs a night and now sleep 6 hrs without waking up in pain-the only thing is the adhesive is very strong-so just leave it on for 5-7 days as the adhesive loosens-they actually came up with other

Kailo & Signal Relief both work well if you can find the right position. It doesn't work for everyone and they don't fit all parts of the body. The Signal Relief patches are more flexible but Kailo is great for flat hairless areas that don't need to bend. I've had success with acute muscle spasms but sadly not at all with migraines. My sister uses them on her leg to block her foot pains and my chiropractor tried one on his firearm over night and his daily pain there went completely away. He tried it on his chest in front of his shoulder over night and didn't find any improvement in that location.

I hope they aren’t praying on those of us that are finding things to help relieve the pain. Lastly, I’m hoping thus Kailo will continue to relieve my back pain. So far so good.

They have larger Salonpas now. When I was going thru INTERNAL Shingles 3 yrs ago, my husband was applying these 2-3 times a day. Because Internal shingles produces no rash, I was able to put it on the worst area of pain. I and the doctors did not know what I had for several weeks, I was in excruciating pain...and no one knew why. The patches along with a basket full of other aids, got me thru 4 months of agony.... barely. But for other things they work great.

Love mine! I would agree with Gay Gorden...that they are best for larger areas that are flat. If on a curved area, like an arm, it sticks well for one day (at least for me), but after that, when I wake up the sticky is gone from the edges, and considering the cost, can be kinda high for just one day. With my having pain All over from EDS, it is not very cost effective and I use it on my SI joints mostly. But when your pain is a 9 or 10, when I stick one on...it brings it down to a 4, it's a blessing!! ps...Kailo is working on a flexible patch right now.

Some of those patches and creams might work as they contain Ibuprofen or Methyl Salicylate but there's much debate as to how much,if any,is absorbed through the skin. It's possible that Methyl Salicylate is a counter irritant and just takes your mind off the original pain but nobody seems to know.

I’ve been given or bought like 20 kinds of patches including CBD on my foot and they did nothing. I know the salon Pas, especially the ones sold cheaply in those yellow packs work well for lower back pain. It’s constant heat for 24 hours. Most important part is “everyone reacts to these differently.” Keep trying them, at least until you’ve tried them all. Aspercreme lidocaine Dry spray works pretty well and dries fast. Definitely had best results overall, though, from Salon Pas for my herniated discs. Nothing outside of Gabapentin and strong pain killers has worked for my neuropathy. Hate to take that kind of stuff though.

Kailo patch was an antenna for tv reception. Stick it on the window. You have to buy large quantities when manufacturing, so they thought that people would buy them for, anything? They made the youtube commercial and found that people with pain will buy anything. So, if the doctor says take this pill and your pain will go away, and it’s just a placebo, this device will also work.

@@ufos22 Is this fact or merely your opinion? I don't know if this product has been tested scientifically and/or had double blind studies done on them. Do you know? Perhaps the fine gents who run this website will have more information about the product or know where to find the info. Don't knock something before you have all the facts. It does sound too good to be true to me, but I am not on YT running down a product that I know nothing about. Lidocaine patches worked so well for my lower back injury and chronic pain. My insurance covered a few patches once. They are so expensive out of pocket!!! There is nothing over the counter that works as well as the prescription Lidocaine patches! Ive tried it all. Wish i could afford the prescription strength Lidocaine patches!! The patches youre reviewing help for sore muscles and occasional discomfort. They do not help me due to real back injury that healed wrong and degenerative disc and narrowing problems and nerve damage. People should absolutely try all of these items. They might work for you! In my experience, for me, these do nothing.

Most of these products are made for muscle strain, bumps, bruises, ect. Those of us with Chronic Pain really don't have anything to give us much relief. I do get about 40-50 % reduction in suffering w/ the Kailo Patch. However, with a condition like EDS where the pain is over every inch of your body, including the eyeballs, I just use it over the small of my back and my SI joints.

It just tricks your brain. It doesn’t actually do anything. The ingredients cause a mild irritation to the skin but your brain interprets it as almost being on fire, therefor it releases chemicals to relieve pain and focuses on the skin irritation and not the signals coming from the root of the original pain.

Short term fix. Offers a heat/ cool sensation. Capcasin is hot pepper extract and is in the tiger balm patches small and large. Its a good heat simulation. The salonpas pain relieving patches (they come in different sizes too ) have menthol salyacate which is in icy hot and bengay creams it's a mild aspirin compound.they do work . They also produce a heat/ cool sensation. Salonpas also makes capcasin patches and lidocaine products.
