As much as I love Theo, this recent push in his viewership is result of Tik-tok viewers/ kids discovering him. Rogan is on his league of own, he has a cult following and his average viewership even 3-4 years back was like 8-9 times the numbers these top comics (Theo, Schulz, Segura) are doing. Nobody is taking Rogan over anytime soon.

WAY better than Andrew. This dude talks out his ass nearly as much as Bert but only redeeming value is he gives Bob some stage, too. These two could have a way better show and reduce their part in the flood which is already receding in comedy podcasters, kill all others and focus on quality versus quanitity now. Theo already torched his bridge so might as well rework the wheel he and Bobby simply fell into from peers prior.
