i think everyone should work at least 1 year at a restaurant. it's good to be humbled and learn how hard people work to feed you and accomodate you. i also appreciate that they tip well, i do too! i don't use percentage i just drop a fat amount that feels more than fair and will make them smile

Tipping should not be forced and moreover should not exist. People should be paid a living wage to work a full time job 40 hrs a week. If someone chooses to give someone a gift of money because they did an amazing job then that is the cherry on top.

@@CBGBBB That's not how things work in America though. If the restaraunts were ran like other countries, you'd be spending $20 for a normal burger. Here in America the food is cheap, so they don't include service fees. The thing is, people go out with no intention to hook their servers up, good or bad service, and then the servers get fucked and pay for your meal's tip outta pocket. Do some research about how the restaraunt industry pay wages are done in America vs outside of America before saying stupid shit like that lol

of you're going to tip good anyways it shouldn't bother you. It's common sense, and just because there's a minimum to ensure these workers make a livable wage it doesn't deter from their motivation because the better the service the better the tip 18% is already below standard tip amount so it shouldn't even be a problem. High end restaurants have high end costs to manage and they do these things to accommodate for that. It's business.

You know what’s funny, I started listening to this podcast a couple months ago and I would read the comments and everyone loved Rudy and said she was great for the podcast. It’s funny how fast everyone turned on her. I personally think she’s great and if Bobby wants her on let him have her on. He obviously cares about her. He’s said many times that if anything happened between him and khalyla that he would not treat her different so who are we to comment about it.

How fickle nobody's are. Rudy is awesome, Bobby is so happy every time they talk about her schooling and how she's straight As. Andrew just the happy uncle for her presence. The true fans know they'd go to war for her. If you can't see that most of her on air antics are a bit like "bubble head" (jesusfkingchrist terrible name) you're not listening.
