I have been to this ghost town back in the 90’s. I was the lone visitor that day. Just before closing time I entered one of the intact homes that I wasn’t supposed to. Unfortunately not sure who’s it was. After I entered I heard the slightest of noises coming from the back room. I walked ever so slowly and as I broke the threshold I heard what sounded like a intake breath to my side. I turned my head and for a second I could have sworn I saw a young woman in a blue dress with a surprise look on her face. Just like that she was gone. Then goose bumps and I freaked ran outside stunned. Eventually I wandered into where they had the relics and pictures layed out. On a table. As I went through the pictures in the bottom of the pile there she was I was sure of it. I must of stared at that for an hour. I couldn’t believe it. Unidentifiable. Lived in that area for 10 yrs visited many a site only experience like that I ever had. I questioned myself....did it really happen?!

I would love to visit Bodie in California one day. I'm from Australia. It's good that you visited Evelyn grave rip little girl, I wonder if her ghost is still there. This is the most preserved historic town, wild west America. And I love how it's haunted as well.

I would love to stay the night here ive already had two real ghost encounters you never get use to it but its intriguing to know that there are entities and that there are so many that dont believe it makes you want to seek proof. I do believe that in itself is the haunting trying to convince someone that things do happen without them thinking you're schizophrenic or just insane 🤣

We camp out in a Group camp located at Green Creeck campgrounds near Bodie. We hike out for days at a time and there are mines and old mining buildings you can explore during those hikes.

I been there twice and love Bodie California. I didn't walk far to see other houses, got hot from the summer heat. I was hoping I could catch spirits while being there but, never did. C. Wayne Brock. California

I'm wondering about the 2 minors who they had a show on i think discovery Channel. Blizzard hit on their way back from town. One said he'd come back to get the other and didn't. Was one Bodie? They apparently struck gold. Help me with this....thanks!!

I took a rock from here and I lost my job the very next day. I returned the rock two weeks later and my boss called me back up for the job back. Trippiest experience for me so far haha

I’ve actually been to Bodie and when I took pictures of the mortuary with the coffins I actually saw orbs in the mortuary building through the window. Some orbs were even in the coffins.

Is the old Funeral Home still there? I went back in around 1998. Please let me know....

I like the music on this, cool and creepy at the same time. Maybe I am seeing things but it looked like an old mattress had dollar bills strewn about on it, is it done by visitors to appease the spirits? Leaving currency for the 💀 seems like a common theme

Next time for anyone whom visits Bodie check out the saloon next to the museum . Turn on your cell phone camera place it up to the window and watch the orbs . I was there 2017 and watch a few moving around untill my battery was almost drained .

I love Bodie. When I was a kid about 7 or 8 I did steal a square nail from a building. At the time I was staying at my uncles house in the Sierra Nevada mountain range just east of Fresno. I saw my fist apparition that night. It look as if someone took a cookie cutter of a human shaped person, and stamp out reality. Imagine a person silhouette outline. On the inside of the silhouette was pure blackness but filled with golden stars. Like looking into space. It was sitting on the couch. When I woke up in the middle of the night I saw it opening up its arms like a hugging motion. I was asleep on the floor of my uncles single wide. I got scared and tucked into my father on the floor next to me. I’m 30 now. I remember all of it, among several other instances. Reminds me of missing 411. Idk

I am not a superstitious person, I am a born again Christian and I put my faith in Jesus, not stories. However, when I was a child, in the 1960s, I was taken there. It was a beautiful memory, I even have pictures of my big sis in the out house. However, back in the 2000, someone so precious gave me a boot he said came from bodie. I told him how I love that place and I tore out a newspaper article of Bodie, so he gave me a childs boot that came from Bodie. In the years that followed, I have had the most unbelievable, tragedies. One after another, too much to bear. Things have finally quieted down, and calamities have stopped, but before seeing this video, I also though about returning the baby boot, but I cant seem to do so because of the person who gave it to me. Maybe it was all just a horrible coincidence., but I am not sure. Please just go there, be respectful, and I suggest you not take anything from there. It is still one of the most beautiful memories of my childhood.
