Wie immer Klasse - vielen Dank - tolle übungen in dieser Kombination, durchgängig passende musik dazu...dieses Mal auch 30minuten...für mich morgens optimal, da ich vor der Arbeit nicht mehr Zeit habe...ist wirklich für jeden (von absolutem Anfänger, bis Fortgeschrittenen) geeignet👌...es fängt leicht an und und wird intensiver, aber nicht unbedingt schwerer...es bringt aber ordentlich zum schwitzen...vielen lieben Dank für immer wieder neue Übungen und Ideen...weiter so, bitte...👍👍👋

@@abc111xyz Kann ich nur bestätigen! Diese High-Impact-Sportprogramme sind irgendwann nicht mehr zu schaffen. Da geht's dir wohl genauso wie mir. Aber es gibt auch welche, bei denen man ordentlich ins Schwitzen kommt, und welche, die sich leichter durchziehen lassen - für die Tage, an denen der Körper weniger belastbar ist. - Klasse! 🥳👌

@@abc111xyz Ehrlich gesagt war ich immer ein Muckibuden-Geher und würde auch gerne wieder in ein Studio gehen. Natürlich sind diese Workouts genial für Zuhause, zumindest für die, die sich genug motiviert fühlen fürs allein trainieren. Aber sie sind auch eine wertvolle Cardio-Variante, w e n n du ins Studio gehst. Nur pumpen ist keine gute Idee, du brauchst ja auch einen Ausgleich, um beweglich zu bleiben. Ein bisschen muss man es ja noch selbst ergänzen mit Warm Up vorher und Cool Down/Streching anschließend. Aber dafür eignen sich auch ganz gut die kurzen Morgenprogramme. Schön zu wissen, abc111xyz, dass auch andere in meinem Alter vor dem Computer trainieren und happy damit sind! 💪🤩 Liebe Grüße aus Brandenburg

Inzwischen habe ich viele eurer Programme ausprobiert, meine Begeisterung hält an und ich sehe nach vier Wochen, wie mein Körper sich verändert. Insgesamt haben sich besonders Bein-, Arm- und Bauchmuskulatur gut aufgebaut. Schade finde ich, dass ihr euch (entsprechend der Wünsche der meisten eurer Fans vermutlich) zuuu sehr auf die Tailen- Bauchlinie fixiert. Zwar ist der gesamte Körper gefordert; aber wenn ich variieren könnte zwischen Oberkörper- und Unterkörper Programm (wie beim Training im Studio) wäre das noch interessanter. Und vielleicht ein spezielles Programm für den Rücken, was für viele enorm wichtig ist. Mir mit meinen 58 Jahren sind die Dreh-Übungen teilweise zu viel, weil sie doch eine ziemliche Belastung für die Wirbelsäule sind. Zu viel aufeinander folgende Rotation. Ich lasse das dann aus und mache dafür etwas anderes. Nur eine Anregung, eventuell einzelne Programme für bestimmte Muskelgruppen zu machen? Die könnte man dann zusammenstellen. Ich bin euch nach wie vor sehr, sehr dankbar, zumal ihr eure Programme (noch) kostenlos anbietet! Ich weiß das sehr zu schätzen!!!
