Parece ter os ajustes que normalmente n existem nos aparelhos residenciais, além do acréscimo de um exercício q gosto muito que é o voador dorsal, pois tenho os ombros meio fechados e sinto que ele ajuda na abertura. Ótimo. Uma revolução nos aparelhos de musculação residenciais.

Коллега такой аппарат в загородный дом покупал. В магазине Зона Спорта ему подобрали, привезли и собрали всё за 2 дня! Аппарат просто "космический", всё есть, только что сам за тебя не занимается)))

What is the distance between the high pulley and the seat? I am 6'3.5" tall. Would I have trouble with range of motion for lat pulldown?
