What size is your hoop? And how tall are you? I’m trying to order a poly pro but don’t know what size to get

Measure from the floor to your bellybutton and that should give you a good size to start with! You can go smaller if you want to focus on off-body tricks.

Yes! But experiment with different sizes and find what works for you :D
