@MdoubleHB if you look at historic as well as scientific data to support that a raw vegan diet ISN’T the only way to be healthy. Why don’t you start first by removing the plastic, heavy metals, and forever chemicals from your blood, and body Then ensure it somehow never enters again I mean it’s not like the entire earth is already polluted and toxic to varying and alarming degrees Blame livestock like lions don’t eat buck. Animals eating other animals is natural. Omnivores are natural. Carnivores are natural, and herbivores are natural. Preaching a 1 solution fits all idea is so stupid Additionally it has been proven plants can feel pain so to speak. What is needed is deceleration of consumption to create a sustainable way forward

To be able to take 2 grams of test and see no estrogen conversion symptoms is impressive in itself alone from what he’s accomplished. Larry might have used test to help reach his strength and body composition goals but there’s no doubt in my mind that he’s genetically gifted to do so.

@samb202 Жыл бұрын
Obviously he’s genetically gifted. He’s built like a gorilla. Really the elite levels of bodybuilding and powerlifting aren’t determined by genetically gifted body composition, you obviously need that, but it’s mostly determined by their ability to handle extreme doses without side effects. I also don’t get sides. I can take 1 gram per week without ai and the only side effect I get is a softer erection (which alone makes it not worth it).
@fresh0678
@fresh0678 Жыл бұрын
He's lean, and he never spoke on his injection frequency. He didn't say what other compounds he was taking with that large test dose. He could have been using a gram of masteron for all we know. If he pinned daily, was lean AF, and was taking a DHT compound it is completely possible he didn't have any e2 issues. He's ever said if he had gyno surgery or not either.... I can take 900mg of testosterone and have no issues like nipple sensitivity, water retention, ect. And that is on test alone. When I run primo I can take 1.5g of test and 900mg primo without any estrogen issues, and could probably push the test higher
@Gizmo_-
@Gizmo_- Жыл бұрын
@@fresh0678not saying anything against you but when people start talking about doing more than a gram of test a week I start to question the potency of their gear. Again nothing against you, everyone reacts differently but I'd say the average person should not take anything close to that much, the side effects would be awful.

Larry's body soaks in the anabolics with the greatest benefit to side effect ratios you could ever hope for!! He is an outlier in that regard I think. When they say powerlifting/bodybuilding is based on genetics they don't just mean waist size and muscle attachment locations etc. They mean how well you respond to the anabolics. That's why a fair amount of the top competitors are doing more with less especially after they have pushed their natural limits - they can maintain with less. Although I suspect some are lying to try and minimize just how much of their success is from the PEDs. Others with less responsive genetics take 2-5 times as much stuff and they still just don't grow like you would think they should.

This has me realizing that a lot of the people I looked towards for physique goals actually aren’t achievable without the use of PEDs. This is definitely an eye opener because had I not known that, I would’ve naively kept thinking it’s just good diet, hard training and good genetics. It puts into perspective what the natural body can be, and makes me appreciate the progress that I personally have had through the years rather than comparing towards others who don’t really talk about their PED use.

What annoys me is that younger kids keep looking up to all their Insta heros who are geared up and want to look like them and rather than training and being consistent for at least 5 years naturally they get on a cycle from the get go. It seems like everyone just wants a quick fix etc with minimal effort. Try the natural route for a while you might be surprised what you can achieve. Ultimately TRT for a lot of people will make a night and day difference in progress, but just remember once you start you body might be reliant on it forever.

I don’t think it’s ever meant to be consistent, maybe it’s just fatigue as I’ve been going hard for years now and my diet, recovery and lifestyle could be better, but it’s interesting how consistent trt could possibly manipulate and manage that side of life.
