I would probably advise you to look into learning Hallingdans (traditional style of dancing for men in Hallingdal, Norway) to fit a buff man as yourself. It might improve your flexibility, and a fun thing to do at parties. And, no. I'm not joking.you look like you could domany of the hallingdanse mooves.... with the exceptio of the hat kick. Look it up if questions. Hallingdans was a way for farm boys to show their prowess to the girls in the old days.
