So I had to watch this on my cell phone... Thank you for checking this one out. Cool that you enjoyed watching something like this as well, though the culture gap becomes rather obvious. This was from the final in the contest. The country who won the last year's competition is the one who arranges the next and so forth. I don't recall which country hosted it this year 🙂 Even though Alexander won the battle here in Norway, this was the only performance that year containing ANYTHING like this, the rest was more or less generic pop stuff. I guess that was one of the reasons why it resonated so well with so many. Awesome to see the overwhelming response throughout Europe as well. I knew the song was good, but I had never thought it would do THAT well. Like I told you, it received the highest score ever, 16 countries scoring 12 points, the highest score. It won by more than twice the score over number two. This is the 5th day of THIS Covid battle (my fourth), and I feel quite a bit better today, luckily.
