I wish more women realized that weight training doesn't make you "Bulky" or ruins your body. Muscle is beautiful!! :D Being strong is beautiful!
@AllPainNoGains
@AllPainNoGains Жыл бұрын
Plus no woman in history has ever ended up looking like her on accident just because of weight training. That takes several years of massing and cutting phases, so there's no reason to fear getting bulky or looking too masculine. If this woman ever decided that she was starting to get more muscular than she wanted to be, she could cut back pretty easily just by cutting back with her diet and training. Losing muscle mass is a hell of a lot easier than gaining it in the first place.

SS is a good program, but I would recommend against raising weights so fast and the frequency and/or combination of compound movements in the same workout. Specifically deadlift and squats.

Big Guy - Shouldn't you be focusing on closing and securing our border, reducing inflation, and taking dementia medication, rather than speculating about a nurse using PEDS, which by the way, Spoiler Alert: She doesn't. p.s. You're going down in 2024 and Hunter is your nightmare.
@johntaylor5288

@@FrankFurter-dh7rd Well, I can understand why people think she is or has used PEDs, mainly because of her neck, traps, and facial architecture. I have seen many women over the years who have developed quite impressive musculature without the aid of anabolic substances, and given that she is a nurse, suspect she is smart enough to know not to put these substances in her body. I could be wrong, but I don't find her development so extreme to be indicative of PED usage. Regarding a modicum of experience, I've been training nearly 50 years, have an MS in Exercise Science, and was a former national bodybuilding champion. Doesn't mean I'm an expert by any stretch, but I've seen some real genetic natural freaks over the years.
