This is great - as the sole carer for my 91 year old Mum I feel pressure to get over to her asap so this is perfect! Thank you so much Amy - I felt so energised but really extended myself - perfect!

I've said it before, but I love these short routines that will fit into a 15 min work break. I think next time I'll stay standing for the strength move in the last round also, rather than do another down then up for standing mountain climbers. Thanks, Amy!

Excellent full body quick HIIT and conditioning workout! I added this on to a 3 mile walk today and loved it!!! 💥👍!

I combined this with a bodyweight 10min Hiit of yours and it was perfect for what I needed today❤

Used this as a finisher after tabata sculpt and it didn't disappoint. I pushed through the heartrate and was able to get through with no break. It was just the extra I was looking for. Love all the quick hiits they are great bonus workouts!

This may be one of my favorite "finishers." Nothing too complicated so can go heavy and really gets the heart rate up with those jump squats and mountain climber at the end.
