Really? We need some defense unless you think he comes off the bench. Cause Jamal, MPJ, and Jokic aren’t dependable defenders and arguably below average for their position requirements

@@timjoseph4085 They sure as heck weren't dependable in offence either. BB can play plenty of defense, but the current NBA "meta" so strongly favors offense that all we see is run&gun. I mean how can you defend against gather+three step, they move more with the ball in hand than in handball. Stats should be updated to see who carried the most yards like in football.

Offensively Bogdan is really good, but consider that he's a] a very, very bad defensive player, and b] he averaged 56 games played a season from 2019-2023 [this year he played 79, so maybe he turned a corner on health, or maybe he just had good luck? Hard to say, but that's an outlier season from him as the last time he played that many was his rookie year].

Both Murray and MPJ salaries are much greater than their trade values. ...we are stuck with them....brass in a very tough spot

Steven Adams is an underrated passer. He's good from the elbows, probably not much different as a passer from Mason Plumlee. He'd be a perfect fit as a backup.

They need to make some moves. Backup C/PF, backup PG, maybe explore MPJ trades. Release DJ, RJ, move Zeke.

Boggie would be my dream signing. The same impact as Gordon's trade. The chemistry between him and Joker would be insane. He could play with the bench and with the starters.

Offensively sure, it would be great. Defensively it would be awful. And please also consider that Bogdan played an averaged of 56 games a season between 2019-2023. This season he played 79 which is great, but the last time he played that many games was in his rookie season... 79 is probably an outlier. Maybe he finally turned a corner on health, or maybe he'll go back to getting hurt a lot next year. Impossible to really say.

Thinking you could get Bogey for Zeke Hunter Reggie & 1st is hilarious 😆 😅. The only valuable thing there is the 1st (kind of if protected a little more so if unprotected and future pick as this years late 1st has no value in historically bad draft). Why TF would anyone want Zeke for more then minimum when he’s looked like one of worst players in NBA when he plays (analytically he’s literally bottom 5 out of 450 NBA players in some metrics)? Still can’t believe my Pacers or Nuggets/Lakers( (Jokic LeBron my 2 fav non pacers) didn’t draft Trayce Jackson Davis &/or GG Jackson last years draft from late first to 44! They somehow fell to 45/57! Pacers and Nuggets passed on both 2-3 times each from late 1st to mid 2nd! Inexcusable! TJD was 1st team all American while GG Jackson top3 in his HS class and youngest player in draft with upside long term (while TJD more ready now as you saw with the Warriors). I love Bogey, but surely they can get more than that for him.

One solution and one only. Trade MPJ to either Detroit, Philly, or the Magic, because they can take him without having to give anyone up for matching salaries... just trade him for picks and use the picks to make trades for cheaper, D and 3 wings, along with Zeke. It's the fastest way to rebuild the team.

I'd keep DJ even though Steven Adams would be a huge upgrade. Vasa Micic is a great fit, and also an upgrade over RJ.

Well, Vasilije Micić is the sort of player that would after 1 season force Nuggets office to reconsider to send Murrey to the bench, and Bogdanović is stone cold gunslinger when it comes to 3-points (he is the one that is responcible NBA learned what is "troyka")... Not just Regie or Zeke, poor Tyson and Huff and some future picks, you should give in that two trades what ever they ask, and still it would be Nuggets stilling canddies from babies... P. S. But do you know who knows true value of those two players? Jokić knows it. I don't know Bogi will be, but if Vasa is available for trade, Nuggets should turn earth and heaven to get him, because he would solve both Murrey's fatigue and Regie's indolence problems on PM spot. And if you put Bogi instead KCP (that would probably leave), it wouild be straight forward 1300% boost in 3-point scoring... And you don't need to spent month or years to reprogramme them to play with Joke, they already know, in many ways, far better than certain current Nuggets.

Slim chances, yes. Impossible, no. I've been thinking a long shot trade would be Nnaji for Jarred Vanderbilt. Length of contract is the same. Lakers would loosen up a couple of million dollars (which they probably need if LeBron returns to the Lakers), and (if healthy) Vanderbilt would give solid defensive bench minutes alongside Peyton. It would probably require AG to have 5-10 bench minutes as the small ball 5. Again, entertain the idea sure, but still a long shot

Starting five was a problem, but it was their motivation not their skill set...you can't run of gas in the second round...they got lazy, esp. Murray...ruined they legacy and have nothing else to blame by the selves, esp. Murray

Hopefully the public MPJ "support" was just public postering from the top brass and they truly have a plan to trade the dude. He's a luxury, not a necessity; I don't get the fanboi pushback from someone who's incredibly inconsistent. The Wolves series sealed the deal; it was completely the last straw.

I hope they trade him but I feel this franchise won’t there 2 loyal & have been way 2 good 2 MPJ for 2 long now they took a chance on him with all his injurie history paid him the max contract turned a blind eye 2 fact that he can’t play defence & ignored that & looked at positives in his offensive game yet he still hasn’t shown any improvements still a defensive liability still can never get a 50/50 ball, low IQ kills ball movement can’t dribble the ball, hasn’t shown & improvement on being a 3 level scorer aghhh he’s painful finally good 2 see some fans starting 2 agree aha but still like I said I don’t think he’s going anywhere 90% chance he’s stays 10% chance he goes in my opinion

But the New guy Calvin booth dont want to takr the approach of signning vet and failed on building depth this season 23-24 for them to run it back. The denver will end up the same way with dame( wasting jokic prime) if they dont make the right decision this upcoming season. KCP contract is up and if they keep him and sign new guys they gonna be in the second apron. ? You get where im going?! They wasted this year which is one of jokic prime years. They got the best player but they dont want to go all in?
