Hi Mohammed - got my boifun camera doorbell. Watched your great tutorial for tips on setting it up. It really is a great product & I'm so happy with it that I've recommended it to friends & family. It gives great security & makes everybody feel so much safer. Thanks for your help

They are meant very sincerely. The boifun is currently unavailable so maybe I wasn't the only 1 having problems with it. Thank you for everything you did - you really are a star!!! 5* at that!!!

Hi Mohammed - you won't believe this. They suggest I buy another 1 & they will give me 60% off!!! How unfair is that - it was only up for 3 weeks!!! Isn't it a dreadful way to treat a customer!!! I wish I'd never heard of this doorbell. They are an impossible company to deal with. Would it be possible for you to reach out to your contacts & explain how upset I am? Thanks so much

The chime I got with mine is battery operated and I don’t know how to pair it also I never got a micro SD card with mine as stated on their website

Does it continuously record? as in 24/7 recording?

Hi Brad!! So it doesn't record 24/7 however each time motion is detected, the camera automatically starts recording and notifies you via cloud Edge app 😇👍

Thanks for introducing, do you think it can be connected to Amazon echo and storage the video in my nas system instead of cloud?

Hi and great question!! So as far as I am aware, I don't believe the Alexa skill is available to view on connected echo show devices. Regarding the storage, there's cloud storage available however I'm not too sure if there is Nas support. I'll check with the manufacturer and confirm once they respond 😇👍

Hey Veronica, great question!!! So atm, the battery has not run out on me yet so will confirm as soon as it does, however the cloudedge app shows the battery status so that you know if its running low, hope that helps 😇👍
