Worked with these men, some of them. Last year when I met some of these men like zelk, gooch, Tim Perry. Some of the best men I ever met in my life. And when I met them in suiox city Iowa it was the best run job I ever got to do. The kelog family ran that job. And I'm proud to have met some of these men. Terrific men to work with. Blessings to all of the men and women who keep the lights on.

We were working at Jeffries when Iron worker Rick [working on permit as a Boilermaker] wrote this song. All of the guys mentioned in the song were on the Unit 2 Rework. Most of the pictures I see were actually from the Iatan 2 construction project. Dave Schwartz is one hellofa great human being. Totally glad to have met him and work under him. 🛠

That’s awesome. I loved it, I grew up with boilermaker parents, joined a week after my 18th. Life choices left me a single parent so I left because I didn’t know how to do it. I miss it but now I’m a roofer LOL traded one hot ass job for another

Litterly a hot ass job. Lol I traded framing and roofing for being a HVAC technician. I'm still considering being a boilermaker. Im just improving my welding skills before I join.
