BOK CHOY OYSTER SAUCE | SIMPLE & EASY BOK CHOY RECIPE | ASIAN FLAVOURS
Recipe
Ingredients:
250 grams baby bok choy
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
Sauce
45 ml water
40 grams oyster sauce
5 grams sugar
1 gram white pepper powder
diluted cornstarch

Is it okay if I use full grown bok choy in this dish instead of baby bok choy. Where I live, none of the grocery stores has the baby bok choy. I've read you can make this with Chinese broccoli (gai lan), but the stores here don't have that either.

Hi jeremy thank you for watching! If baby bokchoy is not available in your local market then there is no issue on using that full grown bokchoy as an alternative. However,expect some bitterness in some case. Thank you
