The reason why they mention "toky... chiba's amusement park" at 2:40 is because they are referencing the Tokyo Disney land where people like to buy micky mouse ear headwear. And despite its been call Tokyo Disney It is actually in Chiba, a city beside Tokyo

I know what the Japanese title actually means, but it's funny putting it into a translator and getting a nonsense result. (It's deer-girl's name + a mix of their nicknames)
